Any available order placed before 12pm is prepared the same day.

STANDARD DELIVERY: Packages of small size are shipped by DHL. Large packages are entrusted to our carrier. If you are an individual, the carrier will contact you by SMS or email to arrange a delivery day. Deliveries are not guaranteed on the floor. The standard delivery time is 48 hours on average from Monday to Friday in France, 4 to 8 working days to other countries.

DELIVERY WITHDRAWAL IN STORE: When choosing a withdrawal of your order shop, we inform you by email when your order has been prepared. Make sure you bring your ID to withdraw. Our shop located 111 Avenue Camille Pujol in Toulouse is open Monday to Saturday from 10h to 13h and 15h to 19h.
