Shipments and deliveries are maintained in compliance with safety and protection instructions.

Products in stock: Orders for products in stock are processed normally, you can place your orders without fear for items marked "In stock, shipped within 24 hours". Our service provider Colissimo having reduced its parcel collection service, shipments take place from Wednesday to Friday inclusive. Delivery times remain unchanged for small parcels entrusted to our Colissimo service provider, i.e. 48 hours on average to France.
For large orders delivered by carrier (furniture and objects longer than 1 meter), a slight delay may be noted due to the priority delivery of health equipment.

Products not in stock: We recommend that you contact us by email via our contact form in order to check beforehand whether or not your order can be delivered on time. If you wish to order one or more products that are not in stock at the time you wish to place your order, we inform you that we are experiencing certain punctual supply difficulties.
